We charge a 50% cancellation fee for any cancellations/reschedules/No shows within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. After 15 minutes of being late to your scheduled appointment, the appointment will be cancelled and charged the 50% cancellation/reschedule/no show fee. Please allow yourself travel time to arrive on time. Do not reply to appointment reminder texts, those are for reminders only and not a way to contact me. I do not get any responses from the appointment reminder system so please contact me directly in one of the following ways above or cancellation/reschedule/no show fee will apply. I accept cash or card. Please note all prices on the website are STARTING PRICES only, for an estimate on a service please contact me in one of the ways above or schedule a consultation under “Book Now” on the website. If you don’t see a time/day that your looking for please reach out as sometimes with advance notice I can accommodate other options. This policy is in place because when a client schedules a color service it blocks out several hours, preventing other potential clients from booking and leaves a stylist at work without pay. Please be as respectful to us as we are to our clients. I highly encourage all clients who are not sure about getting a color service to schedule an in-person or virtual consultation before booking. Consultations also give clients the opportunity to determine prices and expectations for desired service and possibly advance scheduling of multiple appointments for later dates.
